Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Autonomik, operated by [Company legal name, CR number] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Autonomik you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Pilot (beta) service

Autonomik is offered as an early pilot. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee of availability, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Pilot terms on pricing, if any, are agreed separately in writing.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organisation.
• Tell us immediately at privacy@your-domain.example if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content and connected accounts

• You keep all rights to the content you upload and the content generated for you. You give us the permission needed to host, process and publish it in order to provide the service.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload (logos, photos, music, footage, trademarks) and the authority to connect each social account and Canva account you connect.
• You are responsible for what is published from your accounts. Review AI-generated content before publishing — it may be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable.
• Your use of each social platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Autonomik to:

• break any law, including laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on media, advertising, consumer protection and anti-cybercrime;
• publish misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights;
• send spam, impersonate others, or manipulate platform metrics;
• attempt to access other customers' data, probe or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it;
• circumvent usage limits, including AI spending limits.

5. AI features and usage limits

AI features use third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy). To control cost, each organisation has daily usage limits; generation stops for the day when a limit is reached.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on behalf of your organisation, we do so only on its instructions and to provide the service. A data processing agreement is available on request.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Autonomik at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or others at risk, and we may end the pilot with reasonable notice. After closure we delete customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for content published to your accounts, and our total liability for the pilot is limited to [amount / the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you about material changes in advance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of [city], Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
